REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns and exchanges.
2. **Non-Refundable Items**
- Personalized items, sale or clearance items, and final sale products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
3. **Process for Returns**
- Send an email to chenylltees@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will provide you with instructions for returning your item.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect upon receipt.

- We offer exchanges on eligible items for the same item or a similar item of equal value.
- Please follow the same process as above to initiate an exchange.
- Once the returned item is received, we will ship the replacement item to you.
